Clear-Vu Lighting (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects information you provide directly through forms on our website — including name, email, phone, company, project details, and inquiry content. We collect basic site analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type) through standard web logs and HubSpot tracking on our marketing pages.

How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, schedule plant tours, deliver requested spec sheets and BABA documentation, and follow up on project opportunities. We do not sell your information. We use HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Outlook to manage business communications.

Cookies & Tracking

Our site uses functional cookies (for site preferences) and analytics cookies (HubSpot, anonymized site analytics). No advertising or third-party tracking pixels are deployed.

Data Sharing

We share information only with: (a) our manufacturer’s rep network when routing a project lead to your regional rep, (b) shipping carriers and freight forwarders for fulfillment, and (c) federal/state compliance authorities when required for BABA/BAA project documentation.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by emailing sales@clearvulighting.com. California residents have additional rights under CCPA — submit the same request and we will comply within 45 days.
