Acceptance

By using clearvulighting.com or clearvulighting.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Site Content

Product specifications, photometric data, dimensional drawings, and compliance documentation are provided for design and procurement reference. Clear-Vu Lighting reserves the right to update specifications without notice. Final ordering details must be confirmed in writing on a signed quotation.

Quotations & Orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to our Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale, available on request. Custom-engineered fixtures, special CCTs, and BABA-documented orders are non-cancelable / non-returnable after engineering release.

Warranty

Clear-Vu Lighting fixtures carry a 5-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and LED driver/array failure under normal operating conditions. Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, vandalism, power surges, or use outside published environmental specifications. Full warranty terms are available at our Warranty page or on the product spec sheet.

Intellectual Property

All product names, logos, designs, photometric data, and documentation on the Site are property of Clear-Vu Lighting or our licensors. The Clear-Vu™ and MTLx™ trademarks may not be used without written permission. Photometric data may be reproduced for design submittals; full re-publication requires permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” Clear-Vu Lighting’s liability for any claim arising from Site use is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the specific product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Suffolk County, NY.
